The purse is nice however the online picture (color) is completely different from what I received. The background and signature pattern colors were switched and there was not as much contrast in the actual colors either. The purse was a bit smaller than I wanted but was nice and well made. I do not have a picture to upload as I have already returned but if you scroll through the reviews- someone else had the same issue. The color pattern made me ultimately return it because it just wasn't what I wanted. I called customer service and explained the issue, they were very understanding and gave me free shipping which I was extremely happy about since online returns cost to ship back. Customer service even tried to look up another purse in the denim/blue pattern that had been out of stock that I seen in person that I loved because they explained sometimes online is different stock than in store and searched all stores near me. Loved her customer service!

I absolutely love my Mollie 25 tote! I got it in brilliant violet which is actually a lovely bright, almost hot pink. It has been my exclusive bag since I got it for myself Christmas 🎄 of 2023. THE ONE improvement that would make this bag PERFECT is a zipper or secure snap closure the same width as the bottom that keeps all valuables more secure from theft. I have been searching Coach for something in a bright, fun leather that meets these specs, but most are open goodie bags for thieves or narrow the bag at the top so severely my sunglasses, S23 Ultra cell, wallet, etc won't fit. Others, like the Andrea, come close but are in boring brown, black, white. . .

I bought this Mollie tote in pink fuchsia. The leather is great quality which makes it a bit heavier but durable. The pull came off so I just attached another one...works well. The zipper and snaps are durable. There is a lot of room in the side pockets and zippered middle pocket. I love the option of using it as a purse with carrying handles and/or cross body. I usually tuck the handles into the pockets if being used as a crossbody. Its exactly as pictured. I get many compliments on this purse and will be buying it in signature leather !

Bought several years ago. Used as an everyday bag, for everything I needed or all the "extras" I seemed to always collect. Which, my oh my, she can hold a lot, it turns out. I wore her for years. She's been through it all with me. And yet, she's also stood the test of time, too! A little wear and tear, worn a little on the bottom corners, but they're not that noticeable. Other than a messy inside, all my doings 😔, she still looks fantastic for her age! I retired her a little while ago, just because it was time for something "new," but I still plan on using her here and there. She's too pretty to stay away forever! ♥
