I love the kitty city products, I've purchased five of them so far. The "Kitty City Indoor/Outdoor Mega Kit" and the "Kitty City Indoor/Outdoor 3 way tunnel","Kitty City Indoor/Outdoor 2 way tunnel","Kitty City Indoor/Outdoor 10' tunnel", "Kitty City Indoor/Outdoor replacement kit". On harnesses and leashes my ESA ( Emotional Support Animal) cat's only wanted to go out before sunrise in the early morning hours when it was still dark. Once I introduced the kitty city products, my cats will go out in full sun light because the mesh fabric shields their eyes from the intense sun. They feel more secure and protected within the "tunnels" and "boxes". I simply open my screen door wide enough for the tunnel to fit into and the cats just run in the tube and go out and enjoyed themselves. I have one cat that likes to grab the fabric and roll back and forth inside of it. The fabric is very durable and shows no damage or harm from any of this. It only takes about ten seconds to set this up outside and it satisfies my "fussy" property management company because if they need anything done it only takes me about ten seconds to remove everything and bring it in. Kitty city products really help your indoor pet to expand and enjoy their environment. I will continue to support and purchase them.

Excellent , best thing I ever bought for one of my cats who can not live amongst others for medical reasons and this saved his life! He is thriving in his own environment and it’s amazing to see. It was so fun to put together because the options are amazing if you customize it like I did! Sturdy enough for my cat who needs his own space and he is so much happier now! Never comes out! I absolutely love love this product and my cat is enjoying it the most! It’s worth a lot more than what I paid for it! Love that.

Bought this as a temporary indoor catio for rescued 6 week old kittens, this absolutely does the job as a temporary enclosure while I work. Highly recommend anyone to buy one of these, easy to build, as stated in another comment, build the base in the net. This will make the build much easier. It’s big but I have the space for it, so if you got the dimensions to fit it, I recommend. My kittens love this thing, and so far the net is handling their claws just fine 😂

I gave it 4 stars only because the instructions aren't as good as they could be. They will tell you to put the entire frame together first, and then stretch the mesh around it. However, it was MUCH easier to put the base together, then put it inside the mesh, then continue building. Not having to maneuver the entire structure into what amounts to a giant bag made my second assembly go much smoother and faster than the first. Other than that, it's a great product and my friend's cat seems to really like it. Might have to get some of the additional pieces so she has a bigger space.
